The staff displayed really good kindness. they addressed my queries promptly and thoroughly. i found the location ideal for exploring various attractions. it was close to the train station, which simplified my travel. the breakfast offered a diverse array of choices. I found it fresh and delicious. i particularly appreciated the complimentary access to museums.
The room temperature was a bit warm. It was hard to lower it.

central location friendly staff nice breakfast
i enjoyed the central location it was easy to walk to many attractions and the main train station i found the staff very friendly and helpful particularly with directions the breakfast offered a nice selection of items. the room was clean and the bed felt amazing
the room was a little warm but i adjusted the thermostat

small room uncomfortable pillows
The room felt smaller than i expected. i also found the lack of shampoo and conditioner quite inconvenient. the pillows were not very comfortable. I had trouble sleeping well.

street noise insufficient curtains
The staff were friendly and accommodating during check-in, appreciated after a long day of travel
The room size was smaller than I anticipated. The listing made it seem larger. There was also an issue with noise from the street below, preventing restful sleep. The curtains let in too much light too early in the morning. Blackout curtains would have been a welcome addition.
